Operations · Full-time
Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist
Bengaluru
Role Overview
Own Analogy's search visibility, website performance and inbound pipeline end to end, from technical SEO and schema through to the booking funnel and the number of founders who actually get on a call.
Responsibilities
Own organic search performance for analogydesign.co — rankings, impressions, click-through rate and the traffic that converts, reported monthly against a baseline
Run the full technical SEO programme: indexation, canonicals, crawl depth, orphan pages, redirect chains, sitemap and robots hygiene across all 88 pages
Establish and then improve Core Web Vitals — page weight, image formats, script load, caching — on a site where this has never been measured
Build and validate structured data (Organization, Service, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList) and keep it valid as pages change
Own the keyword map, one primary intent per page, and resolve the service-page cannibalisation
Rebuild internal linking so services act as hubs, every page is within three clicks of home, and the blog stops being an island
Own the booking funnel: the /book qualify-then-schedule flow, the HubSpot scheduling pages, GA4 event tracking on every CTA, and the conversion rate from visit to booked call
Run the content programme — triage 74 existing pieces, brief and edit new ones, and hold a publishing rhythm
Measure and improve how often Analogy is cited in AI assistant answers, and report it monthly
Run the operating system behind the 13-author LinkedIn programme and its scoreboard
Requirements
4+ years in SEO, growth or digital marketing where you personally did the work rather than briefing an agency
Demonstrable technical SEO: you have fixed indexation, built schema, improved Core Web Vitals, and can talk about a specific site where you moved a specific keyword
Hands-on with GA4 and Google Tag Manager — you can build a tag, debug why an event is not firing, and configure custom dimensions without help
Comfortable publishing and editing in a visual CMS; Webflow experience strongly preferred
You can write. Not just briefs — meta descriptions, titles and page copy that reads like a person wrote it
You read data before you act, and you can say honestly when something you tried did not work
Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate — this is a studio job, not a remote one
Qualifications
Experience marketing a B2B service with a long sales cycle and a small number of high-value clients, rather than e-commerce or high-volume SaaS
You have ranked a site in the US market from outside the US
Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including forms, scheduling and workflows
Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs or similar, and with Search Console as a diagnostic rather than a dashboard
